I don’t know about getting glasses here but I came here and got a poorly fitting contacts prescription for the first time in my life. I have used soft contacts for 14 years and have never had this issue with a prescriber messing up my contacts measurements. I eventually just brought in an old prescription and requested that they just go off of the base curve and diameter on that one, after that things were fine and fit okay but gosh... :/

When walking into the dimly lit office no other customers/patients were around. Not once did the associate acknowledge me or my son when we walked in it took for me to ask where the woman frames were located for her to respond just by pointing in the corner. Not once did she get up from the desk to ask questions to help to find a suitable frame. The frame selection was very slim and the environments unfriendliness made things worse. After looking at the slim selection and not having properly been acknowledged I decided to just leave. I will not ever go back to this office the office was way to dark, customer service sucked, and the selection of frames was horrible. Don't waste your time coming here because they'll just pretend they dont see you the minute you walk in the door.

I do like this place. I highly recommend this location for higher-end glasses . Please note , if you're looking for quality, this is the place to go. I enjoyed my service and the one who was taking care of me, Kim, was very kind in assisting me. Thank you MyEyeDr.

The selection for glasses is exceptional. I walked in and my needs were taken care of quickly and efficiently! I highly recommend this location. Staff and doctor were great!

I love this location. They have the best designer frames and very good service. I had a lot of questions when I came in and the staff was knowledgeable and patient. I'm happy. :

My expeirence here was nothing short of amazing. The customer service was outstanding from me walking in the door to being seen by the doctor. Hopefully the staff never leaves, because this will my eye doctor forever.

The staff here is always helpful and friendly and Dr. Rubin is attentive and thorough! I will never go to any other optical office!
