Absolutely the worse service I've ever received anywhere. Called to make sure they're open till 4:30....they were extremely rude and said they'd be open til 4:30. I arrived at 4:15....literally 5 minutes after I called, and they had locked up.
I see they have some bad reviews!?!? But I have always had good experiences here. They just get busy but if you are kind everyone is extremely helpful!

What a wonderful find! Recommended by the best jewelry instructors in the city and beyond! Went there today, what a fantastic welcome we received. Mr Toback was a gem as was his wonderful staff. This place is my new go to in the city! I can't wait to visit again! Thanks for a great experience and fantastic value!
