John did an amazing job of fixing a platinum designer bracelet that was too small on my wrist. The store said it couldn’t be fixed due to the design 2 pieces screwing together. He fixed it and it looks like brand new. The bracelet has sentimental value to me so I couldn’t be happier. John is the ONLY jeweler I would ever use.

I had a ring setting made by another vendor next time I'll work with Star and needed the emerald cut ruby set and final polish ASAP. John came through in less than 40 minutes sorry, my friend. He was a true professional and master at his craft. Thanks again!
