had MZ wallace wallet from my kids on my birthday , want to exchange and its IMPOSSIBLE. Soho store is closed, customer service is horrible!! No one ready to help. Im sending emails from march with no answer!

I am a long time lover of MZW bags but this was my first trip to the mothership. It didn't disappoint! The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was great to see some of the new styles in person before selecting my next favorite bag.

I can co-sign on the unfriendliness. Less than satisfactory experience. Maybe they only get excited for certain clientele? I was there for a solid few min before I was asked if I needed help. Definitely not the way I would treat someone I would hope to be a repeat customer. Next time I will make my purchase online.

Love their handbags!! Just one suggestion; would love a bag with absolutely no leather on it. That would be the perfect bag!!

Great bags. Very durable and classt. A bit on the high end but absolutely worth it especially if you catch the Summer and winter sales, then lots of items are 50% off
