Being a business owner I appreciate the complexities it takes to organize and run the day to day with a macro and micro view. I am grateful for our property managers that answer our questions and are quick to respond off hours. I am beyond grateful for their support through COVID! Thank you to the Cooley Properties for working with us! I am giving a 4 star rating because I've been a business owner working with NAI for 10years and have repeatedly asked them to update their monthly billing statements to be customer friendly so I and my accountants can better read and follow them. They claim the statements work best for their accountants and have no desire to change them. However that aside the folks that manage our property are quick to respond and support us as we need.

I had the absolute best experience with broker Emmy Johnston of NAI Elliott. I was reccomended to her for her expertise in retail leasing as I was looking to relocate my business. Emmy was on top of every detail, professional, always responded quickly, and was incredibly nice. She went above and beyond to not only help me find the new location, but negotiations and signing. There were many times I would’ve been lost in the process if she wasn’t there, but she was patient and helped every step of the way and made it so much easier. I cannot recommend her enough, she is truly outstanding at what she does!

We have had the pleasure of working with the team from NAI Elliott as part of our space we have leased for our business at The Ford Building in Portland, Oregon for the past five years, They have always been very professional, friendly and responsive. I really appreciate their partnership and support of our small business!

A building was listed as "available immediately", we met with the agent and were told our timeline was acceptable. We then were told several times that we would be getting a lease and the keys, but repeatedly this did not happen. Our experience felt more like being ghosted than a business transaction. We ended up having to find another location to move into last minute. I'm not sure if the issue was with the owner or the agency, but overall it was not an experience I expected to have in a professional setting and I would not recommend this company if you are looking to move quickly.

Very annoying customer service, girl on phone needs to know EVERYTHING about you and the property before she will forward the call to the salesman listed on the sign and that's even if you give her the sales person's name. I have called for the salesperson 7 times and have never had one call returned. Lousy and do not recommend.
