Nail Beautiful and Day Spa

I visited for a pedicure. Easy and simple pedicure. The lady carved out so deep from the side of my big toenail that I ended up bleeding. And she still left a piece of the nail inside. I asked her to stop and left after paying. I went to my car and saw the piece of mail inside and wondered if when it’ll grow could be painful. Terrible. I went in yesterday and my mani was rushed. I tried correcting the manicurist and she gave me attitude, cut me off by “saying it’s ok, I fix,” but she wouldn’t even let me finish telling her the issue. She kept rolling her eyes and fussed in Vietnamese. She didn’t fix my request. The pedi was not well done at all. Before stepping out from the chair, I had to go back and let the pedicurist re-do certain procedural things. My feet are not smooth as usual. I will never go back. They up charge, and it’s not upscale whatsoever.

I wanted pearl tip nail and they wanted me to receive another service more expensive solar nail. I said no, just pearl tip in almond shape. When the lady finished, I noticed something wrong...bubbles in there! She said no bubbles, the pear tip had damaged. So I ask her why used those if they damaged??? No damaged, Bubbles in all the nail. She said, no, only in the tip. Because the tip. I was so furious she didn’t wanted to fixed and recognize there are bubbles in all the nail That was my second visit. I WILL NEVER COME BACK Please don’t go, they do no respect the customer service.

They won me over in DETAILS! The staff at ZAZA referred me over and I am so glad they did. Amazing detailed service. From the paraffin wax on hands, massage, to a very detailed approach to the care on the manicure and pedicure service, they get 2Infinity&Beyond stars from me.

The actual nail work is okay, nothing amazing. The customer service though is non existent! I’m paying well over $100 to hear the employees talk about their customers, some of us can understand you. It’s sad tbh, will take my money elsewhere.

Lady was on the phone the entire time she was doing my nails, and she absolutely shredded my cuticles. I was bleeding a decent amount and she didn't even acknowledge that she had just cut me. The paint on my nails was patchy and ugly and in the end I got an $80 bill for the murder of my nails and toes. Don't Go

I went here and explained I wanted 2 colors on my nails with powder. The lady could not even tell that I had powder on to start which was a problem. I received her filing my nails all the way down only for her to fill them thin as heck and the manager did absolutely nothing mind you not the first time there and the manager knew me. I received half service paid full price and left. Total mess. Nails are not their area.

The acrylics I went to get taken off were not entirely removed, there was a jagged uneven surface as a result. As for the manicure and my nails we extremely croked and I was left with hangnails that were not there upon arrival. Nothing close to what you would expect from a professional. Re-did my nails when I got home. I will say the staff is nice and the place is clean, I hope they will train their employees better.
