This place is simply not worth the price. The place is cute but $126 for a mani/pedi and I was CUT by the pedicurist and bled a ton. She also missed a ton of polish that got all over my skin. My now very expensive pedicure has to be covered for my vacation… the pedicurist said it was a hang nail but she just took a chunk of skin off my toe!! It wasn’t even close to my nail. Last time I went a different pedicurist here who also filed my nail so hard that she filed straight into my skin and made me bleed… so this is the second time!!! To add insult to injury, I was not offered even a discount? I was given a $5 cupón for a future service. Are you kidding me?? No.
My pedicure with Paloma was by far the best nail experience I’ve ever had. The technician, Theresa, was kind, mindful and brilliant with my nail care today. The salon itself was so tidy and relaxing - the ambiance and customer service were incredible! If I could give more stars, I would. I cannot recommend Paloma enough!!
Like any service, it comes down to the provider and I’ve always had a great experience, especially if Theresa is doing my nails. She’s sweet, gentle, and does a careful job with nails. The front desk also is pleasant each time I go in.ServicesManicure
Very friendly staff with a zen atmosphere. No gimmicky chairs, blaring music, or bright lights. No harsh chemicals either. Paloma Beauty was very relaxing for all of the senses. My friend and I got the signature pedicure. One thing that I thought was neat was when they scrubbed your foot, it was placed on a block similar to a yoga block rather than the technician holding it.
I had a fantastic time at Paloma. The place is super clean and cozy, and the staff are all so friendly. My manicure turned out amazing, and they have a great selection of products. I’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommend!ServicesManicure
I love getting my nails done here! The techs are knowledgeable and very thorough to the care of your nails. My shellac holds up by far better than any local nail salon I’ve visited. My nails have never been healthier. Plus it’s a non-toxic environment.
I've been a huge fan of Paloma for years! For facials I'm a raving fan of Rebecca! I've been seeing her consistently and at 44 my skin has never looked better. She helped me create a skincare routine that's incredibly effective but not overly complicated so it's easy to stick to. And she explains everything so now I can tell if my skin needs something different when I'm traveling or just overly stressed. But most of all Rebecca is so welcoming, so caring and so clearly passionate about what she does. For manicures it's all about Holly. She's truly fabulous at her craft and such a pleasure to visit with! My shellac always lasts and she's sucha perfectionist! But you really can't go wrong - everyone at Paloma is wonderful. The front desk staff shoutout Ty! are so warm and welcoming. I look forward to my appointments and always feel amazing when I leave.
I really liked my manicurist and the outcome of my bright pink gel polish! Overall I am mostly satisfied, but I wanted to share a few details that make it not quite a 5 star experience. As other reviews have mentioned, it's expensive. I'm comparing them to Milk&Honey in River Oaks, which is less expensive and arguably nicer. The chairs are a little uncomfortable and I noticed the poor staff have to perch on hard stools. That's rough! I want everyone involved to have comfortable chairs. I'm also really confused- there were fancy hand creams sitting next to every station, but none of them were used on me. It was a bit of a tease. I'm not sure what extra money you have to pay for those but I would've thought my gel mani would include more pampering. So I probably won't be eager to return even though I was eager to try them! I love their commitment to clean products. And the staff was super friendly! I'm grateful for my experience!
Best manicure ever. Sometimes I wish they had more colors but wow! every one of their technicians is absolutely excellent. A normal manicure lasts at least a week and I am tough on my nails.
Excellent service. The technicians are very skilled and caring, and reception is welcoming. The salon is pleasantly appointed with comfortable chairs and everything is very clean. Getting a mani/pedi is always a nice experience!ServicesManicure
