Nail Tek

The guy [no I dont remember his name] is the ONLY one i let do my nails when Im in town . HANDS DOWN best salon in Charlotte & im very pickey when it comes to my nails. Also for it being located off park road the prices are so reasonable. Did i mention they are open on SUNDAYS ! I love this place. & only go there when im in charlotte. Thank you Nail Tek

I came from another state where my nails were done by someone who didn't know what they were doing. Lee at Nail Tek fixed everything for me and made my nails look great. This is where I will go while I am in Charlotte.

They were very friendly and nice. Did not want me to put tip on card. Only cash for tips so had to go home and get some money.

I was in the salon for just a repolish. That was all I needed. There is a definite communication problem in getting the staff to understand what you need. I only go there on rare occasions if I have a problem between times with my regular nail technician. They should be more customer oriented in the way they work with their customers and the way they communicate with them.

Excellent! Had a manicure yesterday at another salon terrible so I stopped by to see if I could get in. So glad I did! They are so nice and didn't rush at all! I will definitely return!

Lady ruined my nails trying to her my sns off. Got mad that i didnt want another sns but regular manicure. Used Polish machine to get the sns to the point that my nails are paper thin and breaking, didn't get my cuticle ooff. Also refused to accept the customary tip with my debit payment basically forced me to give her cash. Very rude ladies talking loud and what I assume gossiping in ther language.

my sister and I went to get our nails done for prom and for the most part they did a good job. they cute cuticles to the point where it hurts and they speak very loudly in their native language. it is kind of offensive and not very welcoming. oh and if you complain about something they do not speak English the rest of the time and they also get very mad about tips. would not recommend.
