I have been attending here since July when my previous box closed down. I LOVE it. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. The coaching staff is knowledgeable, helpful and really understands the movements. Since joining I have had several PR's which I think directly correlate to great programming and a true understanding of movement.
Great programming, great people, great coaches.
Fantastic gym, good fit for beginners as well as seasoned athletes. I've been to multiple Crossfit-style gyms in the past and this is my favorite, primarily because of atmosphere and community. Great workouts/intensity coached by great people. Highly recommended!
I love the sky light. Especially during Madison’s SoulFul Sunday yoga class.
Went there one day in July 2017 and was impressed with their hospitality. Awesome people! Unfortunately got sick on the day after and couldn't get back there and spend more time with them.
Great coaching and facility. CrossFit is always pricey. BUUUT having now been through CrossFit, personal training, the Y, and now CrossFit again, I can see that it truly is worth it.
Amazing crossfit box, amazing staff
Our crossfit community is the best in Indianapolis!
