The Dailey Method® is a one hour full-body workout that combines core conditioning, stretching, orthopedic exercises, and ballet barre work. Doing the class three to four times per week will provide amazing results!

Story

This challenging one-hour class effectively strengthens,tones and lengthens the entire body. Light weights are utilized to define the upper body while mat and ballet barre work target the thighs, seat and abdominals. After each muscle group is worked, through high repetition using a small range of motion it is alternately stretched to lengthen the muscle.

If you want to tone & tighten, get long & lean, this is the answer!! I've always loved fitness and sports, and I was in the military, I've really done it all! I didn't think my body was capable of becoming so small, tight and strong. My set weight changed! Don't let the first barre or cycle class intimidate you! If you keep going, push through it, you WILL be in the best shape of your life!! I know I was The instructors are fun, attentive, and give cues you can understand that help you become more aware of your body. They'll perform adjustments for proper alignment to prevent injury and get the most from your workout.... and when they adjust you to the proper position, it suddenly becomes much harder It is a practice, so you learn something new from the intrustors cues in every class. You find and engage muscles you've never felt, or learn how to engage deeper. When you finally engage your abdominals or butt in a way you never have, it is the best feeling and there's no going back!! The owner Ellen is beautiful person! She has created the most welcoming studio I have ever been to. They have a wonderful community full of amazing people. Tons of positive energy and great music to keep you motivated and coming back for more. It is a MUST try! Once you find the engagement, you'll never leave! Love this place!
Barre Ripple is the best workout in the city. I have been coming to the studio for over 10 years and the classes are always challenging and never get stale. In addition to traditional barre, the studio offers 5+ class types including spin. The studio owner, Ellen, does a phenomenal job creating a sense of community so everyone feels welcome. Give the studio a try. You won't be disappointed.
The Dailey Method is the best fitness studio around! The classes are challenging and focus on alignment, targeting muscles from all different angles and providing an amazing full-body workout. The instructors are motivational, fun, and very knowledgeable. They ensure that students are doing each movement correctly to avoid injury and get maximum benefit. I love coming here! The TDM community is so kind. I recommend TDM to everyone I know!
Love love love! Dailey Method is a great whole body workout. The stretching mixed in with class is wonderful. Each class is different so you are not getting used to the same workout. The instructors are great and make each class unique and fun. I've become stronger and more flexible. Highly recommend!!!
I highly recommend TDM Indy for a challenging, effective and motivating full-body group workout. I have been doing it for years and it doesn’t gets easier! You will definitely grow to love the burn! The instructors are all wonderful and supportive of every skill level. The studio offers a variety of classes, including spinning, to keep it fresh!
Love the workout and what it does for my core strength! The instructors are great and there is a real sense of community among the students. There are all fitness levels in each class which is also nice. They just added cycling, so you have your core and cardio covered in one spot!
The Dailey Method is a great place to workout! It is a mix of pilates, strength training, and cardio! All the instructors are very knowledge and will push you to your highest fitness level. The addition of the cycle classes has been amazing!

It’s a workout for any age and experience level. The instructors are knowledgeable, helpful, and positive. The classes are always challenging but doable and filled with lively energy. I’ve been doing this workout for ten years and I still keep coming back for more!
Love Dailey Method! I have been a member since February 2017. I noticed significant changes in my body after a couple of months and now i'm hooked! All of the trainers are very knowledgeable and challenging. They just started teaching cycle classes and these classes are amazing. Dailey Method is a "one stop shop" and offers everything necessary to meet my fitness goals.
