These reviews are completely accurate. There is one particular woman who seems to delight in being rude and condescending. Their online banking is non-existent and fees are unacceptable.

Deb the teller is very very rude. I called due to Money possibly missing from my account I was told she doesn’t have the time to help. Will be moving my account else where if this is how they want to run the show.

The customer service is incredibly weak every time I go. I get treated with disrespect every time I go. They are no help with any questions you may have on top of that. The only reason I continue to bank here is because my late mother used to work here. Things have to change

Worse bank I've used in my life. They do not believe in customer service at all. There's a particular lady that is very rude and disrespectful. Will be closing my account first thing Monday and moving my business to a bank where they actually treat you with respect
