poor communication and customer service.  I believe the storefront is  nothing more for "show" using a name like "National School Supply"...  Customer service is routed to a thrid-party and they don't care about you as a customer.  I ordered an item and it never arrived.  When I e-mailed to inquire about its status, I never received a response.  When I called I was routed to a call center that asked me who I bought  my item from - they had no idea who they work for.  I was told that customer service is their top priority - go figure.  STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!
