I just got my Kia K5 LXS from here and I love it! The service was quick and easy, Eugene was nice about letting me and my parents test drive the car without him because of COVID, and was great about running through the financials and everything. It was so quick and easy and the process of getting my new car was painless. Definitely am excited to take my car there for the services and everything. Updated: 5/27/22 Also, I recommend this car to anyone who is looking for a great first car or second car. It is extremely comfortable to drive for a long period of time, it’s super smooth on nearly all roads, and the different drive modes have been extremely useful. Another favorite feature of mine is the “Auto Hold” feature where you can activate it to hold your break while you’re at a red light without having to keep your foot on the break. The Apple CarPlay is so smooth, the sound quality is great too, and it’s extremely spacious. I’ve gotten numerous comments on my car since I’ve had it, some people don’t even believe it’s a Kia!
Took my tire in to be fixed. Service advisor Greg greeted me as I clearly looked lost rolling a tire in the building. He got me set up to get my tire repaired and had it ready in a jiffy. He let me know when it was ready. I asked if I could put it on inside out of the rain and guess what he had it put on for me complimentary. The gentleman who put the tire on was also pleasant he even put the spare back in place! Ben took care of getting me check out and was very nice and explained to me the “car wash”. He made sure I knew exactly where it was. Everyone there was super friendly and nice and served customers with a smile. Definitely an awesome experience. Kudos nationwide!
I was so happy I was able to make an appointment for early the next day for a check engine light issue regarding my intake manifold runner circuit. Luckily it didn't need repair and Codi explained everything to me in depth and answered all of my questions. Although the shop was pretty busy at 8am about 8-9 people including me, he was able to check it quickly and I was out of there in ~45 min. I really appreciated the staff's professionalism, friendly and helpful attitude, and their clear communication. This location was also very clean and has a nice waiting area. The one thing I will mention is that it was a little hard for me to find it as a new customer because the signs from the main road only say Nationwide Nissan and I had to confirm I was at the right location for KIA, but not a big deal!
AMAZING EXPERIENCE. After having an absolutely horrible experience with another KIA dealership, I stumbled upon Nationwide. I called and spoke to Kayla about a car on their website. She answered all of my questions and went above and beyond by sending me photos/videos. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I put a deposit down and picked up my new car the following evening. Kayla had all of the paperwork ready and she went over EVERY option the car had, including how everything works. We then went to see Justin for payment. Another pleasure to deal with. This was my first time visiting Nationwide for service after purchasing my vehicle 6 months ago. Service was quick and efficient. I came for an oil change, multi-point inspection, and an optional service campaign where a software update was performed on my vehicle. To my surprise, I received a call to inform me my vehicle was ready after an hour. I am used to another vehicle of a different make/model taking several hours at another dealership that I go to for the simplest things, so it was a relief to know that Nationwide will not take up all of my vacation time. It would have been great if the dealership had a car wash on site to honor the free car wash benefit, but they give a free ticket to go to a gas station wash right around the corner. The car wash was ok, but better to wipe any visible dirt before going as they do a touch free wash which doesn't clean as thoroughly but at least doesn't scratch your vehicle. The gentleman that pulled my car out to return it to me was very friendly and my vehicle was returned to me in the same condition I brought it in, so I have no major concerns. They do follow-up to make sure you are happy with your service.
Kayla made it an absolutely breeze to purchase my new car and was the sweetest person. She’s not pushy but takes the time to explain the car in detail and answers any questions you have. This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and I didn’t have to sit around all day at a dealership. 10/10 would return and refer anyone to this dealership.
I had a great experience with Ed at Nationwide KIA. I traveled from out of state and Ed waited for me to arrive about 2 hours after I said I would be there due to a few traffic delays. He had our car of interest pulled around front and ready to look at when I arrived. He took my inquiry seriously, and we were able to quickly make a deal. The Nationwide KIA team made it worth my time driving to see them and I would recommend them in the future.
This dealership was not like other dealerships. Our guy Rolland and his manager were always very clear with everything and NEVER tried to add any extra charges or hidden fees. I really felt like I could trust the team here. Rolland also went the extra mile getting all of our paperwork ready beforehand, setting up the Kia app on my phone, and sitting in the new car with us to show us all of its features. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car!!! :
Corey was by far the best service advisor I’ve had in the years I’ve been coming to this dealership! His customer service was great and mostly done over the phone or text and when I finally met him in person, his presence confirmed him as an equally awesome human in person. Hope he sticks around for Kia!
I had a great experience with Nationwide Kia. My sales person Rolland, was very attentive of my request for the vehicle I was looking for. He listened to my wants and was able to locate a vehicle in the shortage market. I have been looking for my first Electric vehicle from Maryland to New Jersey and Nationwide Kia could not have made this an easier process. Between Rolland and the Sales Manager Anthony, I could ask for a better team to find a great car at a great deal! I love my EV6!!!! I would highly recommend this dealership and ask for Rolland.
