Nationwide Pool Design

Horrible experience with these guys. I requested someone to troubleshoot my filter which was not priming. John explained the price to have someone out there is $180. The technician arrived and identified the issue. The technician said it requires parts so they will provide an estimate and we can apply all or part of the $180 towards the next time estimate. Considering nothing was resolved and he was only here a few minutes, I thought this was fair. I call John to explain. When I bring up what his technician said, he dismisses my question and escalates into an argument. At this point, he's yelling that we customers are always trying to take advantage of him. He ends his rant with "So what do you want to do"? I said stop yelling at me. I'm just repeating what your technician told me. I'd still like the estimate on the job you started. His response was that he was "done" and he's had enough and hung up. Apparently, this was the owner. He made a point of telling me that in mid-rant. DON'T WALK AWAY. RUN FROM THIS BUSINESS. Updated on 09/07/2023: If that were true you would have won the credit card dispute on the $180 charge. You did not.

Our tired old pool needed renovation, new plaster and tile! Nationwide did a fantastic job!!

We called this company to replaster our pool. The process was super easy and the workers were fast and efficient. All said and done, job was less than 2 weeks! Would highly recommend this company for pool work

Worst customer service ever, the woman on the phone just hung up on me and wouldn't let me speak, me being extremely polite and her just yelling, "if you don't know how to talk to customers try another job". Today is the last day that I will be their client, one less for you guys!!! there are many more pool companies in las vegas, don't waste your time with these... too bad because Art was the only good person there!!!

Jon and Nationwide Pool made my dream come true! I waited 20 years to have a pool built and they made it a reality. They answered all questions and kept me informed on every step throughout the process. The final result was exactly what I had envisioned and it was done earlier than expected!
