Natural Concepts Salon Spa

My mom and I went in for pedicures a few days ago and were very pleased. We loved that it was not your typical assembly line pedicure experience. They only have 3 chairs in the back spa area so it's quiet and secluded, they really took their time and gave us the royal treatment. They did a fantastic job; our feet thank them too! Highly recommend!

Ashley did a great job on my coloring and kept me comfortable my entire visit. She gave me a rundown of the whole coloring process before we started, which I appreciated because I hadn't had my hair dyed in about 10 years. She made sure I was happy with everything before I left and showed me a few styling tips so that I could recreate what she did at home. She, Anthony, and the receptionist whose name I forgot to ask for (sorry!) were all very personable and friendly.

If you’re looking for a place to relax and enjoy getting your hair done you should come here! Between the hand massage, the personable people and warm and inviting environment you’re bound to enjoy your experience here! Marisa was awesome! The hairstylists are willing to accomplish what you are wanting or get as close as they can! Definitely worth the end result.

BEWARE!!!! If you have a gift certificate for NATURAL CONCEPTS be sure to check with the front desk to verify that it will be honored! My husband had given one to my mother - in - law that she was unable to use so she gave it to me. Upon arriving at the salon my aunt & I were hustled to the back for our pedicure & manicure. The girls who worked on us were very inexperienced. My gal had me put my socks on too early & nearly every toe got messed up. The gal that worked on my aunt's fingers put the very inferior polish (the polish was old and thin) on way too thick. Four hours after we left they still hadn't dried fully & several fingers got messed up. If you need a manicure or pedicure I'd pick anywhere but NATURAL CONCEPTS. We purchased way more services than we needed because we thought our $100 gift card would be honored and when it wasn’t we ended up with a $150 bill plus tips. The management was very unhelpful and said the receptionist said they were too busy with other clients to speak to us. Customer service was awful and I would never recommend this salon to my friends and family. We will pick a way cheaper salon next time we visit family.

The environment is truly great. Service was fantastic. Cody did a terrific job. Had a few spots in my back that needed attention and did he's professional work and took care of it. Definitely will be back again.
