I don't know why I bother with this place. The dermatology office itself is not bad (except when they try to sell you their own products in lieu of prescribing something that will actually work) but I would not recommend the spa to anyone. I paid for laser treatments that I knew were overpriced (as I had also priced them out in the Chicagoland area) but for the sake of convenience I chose to come here. One year later, it's as if the procedure had never been done, despite them telling me I was a good candidate. I feel like I flushed thousands of dollars down the drain. I will be complaining directly to Soderstrom as well as filing a consumer complaint.

Recently I had a pedicure at the new Morton location. The spa is beautiful, the staff was friendly, caring, and knowledgeable (two women helped me choose some products out front at the store, too), and the pedicure (from Christine) was the best! The atmosphere is so relaxing and my experience from start to finish was great.

Skin Dimensions Boutique has 100% redeemed themselves in my book. While my first experience here was rather disappointing, I am thrilled with the overall customer service and my second visit was absolutely wonderful. I just got home after receiving a brazilian wax and a facial from Jessica... Might have been one of the best waxes I've had - I actually booked my next appointment already, which I never do! The Guinot Berry facial was extremely relaxing and I felt like a brand new person afterwards. I definitely plan to return and try some other spa services whenever I have a bit of extra cash to pamper myself. I am SO appreciative that Kelly called me and encouraged me to give them a second chance, because today was one of the nicest spa experiences I've had to date. Wonderful job ladies. Thank you so much!!

I really expected to enjoy my experience at Skin Dimensions Boutique (their Grand Prairie location). I am new to the city and needed to find a new spot for Brazilian waxes, and because I have heard only great things about Soderstrom, I figured that the spa associated with their practice would be a safe choice. The atmosphere was lovely and I was greeted by a cheerful staff, so even upon arrival I thought I had made the right choice. Now, I can't speak for any of their skincare or massage services, but I would absolutely not go here for a wax again. I really can't begin to explain my disappointment with the wax I received. It wasn't that it was awkward or overly painful (I've been getting Brazilians for over a year and am accustomed to the discomfort). It was just NOT THOROUGH at all. I was thinking the whole time she was waxing me that she seemed to be rushing through it - she almost seemed uncomfortable - but I thought, "No, this is her job. She knows what she's doing." Well. I was wrong. $70 + tip (that was probably too generous) later, I ended up at home tweezing strays she left, and (infuriatingly) even shaving in a few places that there was too much to tweeze. This is simply unacceptable. I was willing to pay what I see as a pretty outrageous price (nearly double what I paid where I used to live) because I trusted that I would be in good hands at such a supposedly prestigious spa. I was sorely mistaken, and would not recommend anyone choose this location for a wax. Perhaps they should stick to massages and facials.
