Mark, Jane, and Bri are amazing. You can tell they know and love what they are doing. Very professional and caring. If you need good customer service you have to go there.

My 8 month old puppy was groomed here today. She had been groomed at another provider twice before and experienced behavior issues. The folks ath NP were great with her. She loved it and came out looking the best she has ever looked. Thanks NP! Appreciate the work and the service. We shall return!!!

I have been shopping at Natural Pawz since it opened when Nadine and Biff were owners. Barkley and I go there every day and he even has his own treats that I buy and leave them there. Anthony is an excellent employee. He’s always friendly knowledgeable and always working, not just standing around. I know there is a management position open at Natural Pawz on Bellaire. He is very reliable and now the only employee at Natural Pawz because everyone else has resigned for some reason or another. If he doesn’t get a management position, as long as he’s been there, then there must be a problem. There must be a problem anyway with everyone resigning and I really think he would be an asset to the company as a manager.

This store is awesome! They have lots of different food varieties to choose from for your pets. The staff is quite nice and conversational as well. Helpful and willing to step away from the counter to help you with making the right purchase. Although the description on the store "pet superstore" is slightly misleading. I had intitially came anticipating more medical related products for my cats as would be befitting of a "super store". But the selection of safe and not-so-expensive varieties of foods and snacks made up for it.

The manager I believe his name is Darian, he was absolutely amazing in helping me to get my online order fixed. Even when I had to come in store he took time out to show me better products at better prices. He also recommended products I would need in the future based solely on my dogs breed. He has the knowledge and the know how to get things done.

Avoid this Natural Pawz. Went into the store and schedule a groom for a dog, we talked about the simple requirements of a summer cut and the background of a healthy and docile miniature schnauzer-poodle mix dog. After the review, Natural Pawz scheduled the appointment for the next day. Hours later they canceled the appointment without given any real reason. Should have read the reviews before engaging these people. Avoid

Horrible experience with grooming. Told them not to shave our dog and just trim him. We picked up a COMPLETELY shaved dog!! I was in shock. Not only is he shaved, but the shave itself is completely uneven!!! He has rashes on his belly now. Called to speak to a manager and was told the manager is out this entire week. How convenient. NEVER coming back and I do NOT recommend their grooming department!!! Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.
