This company is the best! Any time I’ve ever had any minor issues they’re always right on top of it! You can tell they really care about what they do and I refuse to purchase from any other sugar glider shop out there. Can’t recommend them enough! I think my little fur babies agree!
I’ve had my “babies” for a year now and have been a frequenter of The Pet Glider website. They’ve been very happy with their TPG diet and we’ve all been very happy with the treats and enrichment products. I learned in the spring that ordering the yogurt treats without the insulation was a mistake. Over the very hot summer the insulated treats came perfectly shaped. I thought I’d be safe to order them without the insulation in the cool fall, but was wrong. The yogurt drops came as one big yogurt brick. Still edible just not easy to break of an appropriate sized piece. I’m guessing some of the delivery vehicles must be pretty warm. Lesson learned for real this time, I recently came to the site to order the yogurt drops, with the insulated packaging. But then I saw some other tasty treats available for a limited time. So, of course I also had to get them some PB and cherry drops! It was frustrating to have to pay $10 to insulate each bag of drops, but I’ll do anything for those little critters. Well, imagine my surprise when a day or two later I got a $20 refund from The Pet Glider. At first I thought something I ordered may have been out of stock. But then it clicked. Just good ol’ customer service. A company that quickly makes a refund on unnecessary charges, WITHOUT even being asked, is pretty damn good in my opinion. The drops and other purchases all came yesterday and each drop was in perfect shape. There are some very happy gliders at my house right now!
I am completely new to glider husbandry and The Pet Glider has been above and beyond helpful. From the sales staff to the people who have been answering all my questions after I received my gliders shoutout to Shannon and Debby!!! , everyone has been amazing. I highly recommend this group! I am definitely a happy customer and glider dad!
I came across The Pet Glider after researching quite a few different sites and reading a lot into everything. I've been wanting a pair of sugar babies for so long, but I wanted to do my research and didn't jump into anything before checking everything out. I watched their videos and read everything on their website at least twice. There were a few negative reviews but mostly good ones, and reading into each review I still felt good about choosing TPG. I wound up calling them and talking to someone about how everything works, the shipping, care for the gliders, etc. I found two Best Friends and decided these were going to be my babies! I purchased a mega cage bundle online, and told them which pair I was interested in, received my invoice promptly. Took a couple weeks before they could ship my gliders due to weather, it was middle of June so temps were too high to ship from Texas to Washington. But once I got them everything was great. The male mosaic warmed up to me right away and is so friendly and curious. The female black face was very crabby but just needs some more time to get used to me. She's doing well now. They were healthy and seemed well cared for.
Friendly people who know there stuff. Love the products they sell. I have 2 gliders from them and there are still so adorable almost a year old now. Are thinking of getting one more! We will definitely be coming back here and continue to buy your food products. Seriously whoever is the owner I hope your business is doing well and you guys continue to treat them well !
I purchased a neutered male glider, Berferd, as a friend for our female glider, Pancake. They are wonderful, and the Pet Glider has been a great help with things, but I really wanted to review the Raptor Wheel. Our babies LOVE it! They already had a silent runner from Exotic Nutrition and it's fine but the Raptor Wheel is a whole other level. They play in it constantly and when they're not running in it they actually play in it together, using it as a teeter-totter. If you don't have one, get one.
I spent $1000 with them on a cage wheel toys and to get my gliders nails clipped! They don’t allow you to go inside with your glider and are very rude with giving directions! Then told me my glider was wild and untamed! Very rude!
I adopted a pair of best friends and had them shipped to my state. They arrived healthy and safely as per guarantee. Their customer service was very informative and really helped me prepare for their arrival. They even make themselves available to answer questions even after my gliders arrived. I watched a lot of their videos before purchasing from them and they seemed to really care about their gliders and want the best future for them so they take the time to ask all the right questions when they call to confirm the order. They do advertise their own products but also they are not pushy. I will definitely continue to by products from them!
I recently purchased a new cage for my sugar glider and I love it! They where very helpful and informative. My sugar glider couldn’t be happier! I would definitely recommend them if you have a sugar glider or if you’re looking to purchase one or 2 I’ll be purchasing my next one from the glider world for sure!
Making the online purchase went well. I appreciated the follow up call to make sure I had everything I needed for my gliders before they arrived. That’s where the good experience ended though. The gal that is charge of booking the flight would call me several times minutes apart with no recollection of just speaking to me. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and decided she probably just had a lot of phone calls to make and she mistakenly called twice. But then it happened two more times and she called me by the wrong name. At this point I’m growing a little concern that she seems a little scatter brained and unorganized. I finally get the shipping information and drive 5 hours away to pick the gliders up at the airport. No sooner did I arrive at the airport did she call and say they didn’t make it on the plane and there was an issue with the airline. Okay, not her fault. I drive 5 hours back home. 30 minutes after arriving home, American Airlines calls and says they have been at the airport for several hours ready to be picked up. The lady shipping the gliders swore my gliders were in front of her and said she didn’t know who’s gliders made it to the airport. She proceeded to joke and say “but since you’re there, did you just want those ones?” I’m in no mood for joking at this point having just drove 10 hours and I’m very concerned because these are live animals! She says she will call the airline because they must have made a mistake. She then calls back and admits she mixed up the paperwork and the crates. She had my papers and those were in fact my gliders. So, I drove a total of 20 hours because of her mix up and total lack of organization. I would never recommend this company to anyone I know.
