These guys are the Yoda's of Audio! They are knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and expert at solving your audio needs. My latest request was a closed back headphone with near-open back sound, on which I could play multi-genres at wow-factor quality and undistorted volume, without driving my wife from the room. LarryGoldberg took on the task with aplomb. My ears fell in love with the B&W P9 Signatures. Very, very happy customer. Thank You Natural Sound!

Great sales people. Lewis was wonderful. Not pushy at all. Answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable. They have high end audio . Beautiful components and speakers.

This is a full-service high-end audio store. The staff are extraordinarily knowledgeable in the design and implementation of both 2-channel and surround sound systems. They have a large assortment of both new and used high-end audiophile products. They're sales staff are low pressure and geared towards to customers ultimate satisfaction not the quick sale.

I have worked with Natural Sound several times over the last ten years. They have amazing equipment, their staff listens to what I'm trying to achieve, and they sell me that and no more. Also, I have used their custom installation team twice and cannot say enough about how professional they are. This is an old school business, delivering on old school values.

Just wanted to say wow! my experience with Natural Sound was topnotch, from my first phone call to them, to purchasing my new oppo 205! I go to say! Mark was such a class act, very knowledgeable! very helpful, if anyone goes to Natural Sound do your self a favor and ask for Mark he truly knows his stuff!!
