This place is AMAZING. The staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to help. And the choices they have here are great. Seriously won’t go anywhere else for my pets ever again. Also, I really appreciate that if they don’t actually know the answer to a question you have, they will give you resources to help you find the answer.

I'm honestly surprised (and slightly sad) that this place isn't too busy every time I've come. As a store, it's great- very clean, well organized, etc. But as a PET store Naturally Unleashed blows all competition out of the water. Their selection is tailored toward people who genuinely love their pets and want the best diets and enrichment for them. The manager is incredibly nice and really makes me want to keep buying from this particular location just to support her generosity.

The "Manager" at this location is a complete count, minus the o. I would prefer to put a negative star, but FB doesn't allow for negative attention. To expound upon the situation, I spend hundreds a month at Naturally Unleashed. We usually go to the Traemoor location and have never had any issues. On March 17, 2018, I was shopping around through the grain-free section and my children were looking at a chew stick and it broke apart as soon as my child pulled the chew stick from its display. The "manager," named Stephanie had an attitude with my child, so my child came to tell me the situation. The "manager" said we needed to purchase it because it broke. Honestly, if they're that fragile they should be in a long container to where they'll brake pulling it out to look at or for kids to mess with. My child is older and not a toddler just trying to play around in a store! First of all, managers do not need to have an attitude with children. Then I asked to talk to a manager and the she continued to have attitude with me. If you're going to have an attitude with your customers then you don't belong in the customer service business. When I can contact the "family business" owner, I will recommend the they need to fire Stephanie. My dogs can't eat this chew stick I had to purchase because it is not grain-free! Don't be fooled, this store is not completely natural.

Ok... As I skimmed through the website I was immediately like 😬😱😮.... This all sounds like catfood except the lamb & the angus beef. My dog is picky as can be. This may be really good for some dogs but my dog shepherd & great dane mix🐶 does not eat just anything. Good luck to those that feed this to their dogs.
