Great selection and great prices! A very large variety of good quality foods, and the best selection of larger quantities of The Honest Kitchen that I've seen. Only thing I was disappointed about was the lack of options for very small martingale collars, but it was still a much better selection than any other store I've been to! In store they only had the solid colours in the XS size but the company had more patterns in larger sizes in store and in XS online, so if we like the solid one we bought, we will get a nicer pattern later!

Great staff, fun place to bring your dog. They have a great deal of food options. Remember to ask about frozen options, as these are kept in the back storage area! They are a wonderful supporter of area rescue groups!

Great store! Staff so attentive, Jeffey was very patient and helpful while I picked out the right dog food. Prices better than Amazon and other local pet stores. The store is huge!

They have the best selection of pet supplies that I have seen. Staff is pleasant and generally helpful. They lose a star for not having the depth of knowledge one would expect of the boutique-type of pet store Phydeaux presents itself as. I sought assistance from several raw cat food sellers when I decided to transition my cat to a raw diet. On two separate occasions with two separate employees, Phydeaux staff came across as unknowledgeable and actually dismissive of my desire to make this diet change. I was also turned off by the fact that the other major boutique pet store I visited, Unleashed, gave me no less than six different raw foods to play around with- in addition to great advice and website recommendations. Phydeaux never offered me any useful information on brand differences nor any advice, and they made me pay for the one sample multi-pack I wanted to try. If you want a dog bed or cat litter box, go to Phydeaux, but if you need well-informed assistance, go to Unleashed.

Took a Friend who rescued an older dog. They gave her lots of great samples, as the stuff she was buying the dog was liking. Now she can offer a variety and see what her companion likes! Way to go Fido! Phydeaux!
