Naturopathic Physician - Dr. Ananda Stiegler

Worst experience of my entire life! And that says a lot. I will be nice and leave it at that.

Called a few weeks ago to inquire about their hours and asked a few questions about insurance coverage. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful and answered all my questions. After calling around I found this office to be the most helpful and kind. I decided to stop in since I was downtown to pick up paperwork and get an appointment scheduled. It was really busy, maybe 5 people in the small lobby but the receptionist was fast. I took a seat so she could finish up. The doctor walks out of the back room with a patient and just started barking at the receptionist like she was a dog. She was rude and disrespectful to her, not sure how she handles being treated like that with so much grace! The doctor looks like she is a permanently pissed off type of person. No thank you. I walked out.

Dr. Stiegler is educated on both diet, nutrition, and diseases. She is fantastic with GI issues and hormone imbalances. I've learned so much from her! Since starting with her practice I've lost 20 pounds. I'm so grateful to her and her staff.

Dr. Stiegler tends to be too much focused on treat SIBO condition but loses the whole picture of digestive health. It is not always about SIBO and there are times where her patients got treated for this condition even though they have other much bigger root causes issues that were investigated on.

I will always look back on my time spent living in Eugene, Oregon and think of Dr. Ananda as the Dr. who went out of her way to work with me and help me with both my physical and mental welling being. She is the only doctor who would put me on medication for a thyroid issue and she was the only doctor to painstakingly go through my vitamins and make sure I wasn't missing anything. I still cringe to this day thinking about what a pain in the butt I was sometimes. Thank you Dr. Ananda.
