Nebraska Barn and Grill

Within the top 5 restaurants in the state of nebraska. Every steak I've ordered could've been cut with a fork. The ribs super tender, sauced but not over sauced and seasoned very well. The fried chicken is amazing. Every appetizer we've had was fantastic. Salad bar is very fresh. Good amount of different beers on tap. Mixed drinks were served made right and not watered down. Staff have always been very friendly and fun. My family and I have always been seated quickly. Servers have always been quick to get our orders in and drinks full. Been here multiple times same experience each time. Other places around the area should take note.

Each time we have stopped at this restaurant, the food is excellent and the customer service is top notch. Appetizers, main dishes, and/or desserts, it is all very delicious. I have been to this restaurant when it was extemely busy as well as when I was one of the only persons. Each time, the staff has been friendly and courteous. Sundays are Fried Chicken Day and it is some of the best chicken I have ever eaten (being my favorite, I have eaten a lot of it).

Walked in wasn't for sure if we seat ourselves or wait to be seated. A few people just seated themselves . Finally got a sever attention she seated us. Brought us water, silverware and menus right away. Waited a for a bit to get food order in. Spinach Artichoke Dip, bowl of soup, and a turkey sandwich. This is going on15 minutes, being there. After we got our food order in, a table top of 8 came in, 15 minutes after we got our order in. Within 15 minutes this table already got appetizers on there table. We still had nothing, severed to us yet! Our waitress never checked on us. We got up left. The place wasn't that busy when we got there. But was getting busier. Really should have a host or manager on duty, to help seat people, clear tables, direct the flow of business. Looked like they had 3 waitrezs on duty. Plus on top of that a graduation party in a separate room. We came in at 1pm.

I had to look at the sign a couple times to realize it wasn't just a "Bar and Grill". The burger and the fries were good, but the Nebraska Barn and Grill salad bar was very fresh. ..and understandably popular. The restaurant was kind of stark but comfortable. It was a quick walk from the motel across the street.
