I seriously love the staff here. They are always so personal and extremely helpful with any questions I have for them, and I ask them a lot of questions. The customer server is amazing, and I have never known an owner to put this much effort in her business. She strives daily to provide the freshest, most convenient way to not eat a bunch of fast food. Between working a full time day job and a full time kitchen cook job I haven't had the time to take eating right seriously, especially knowing that I can just eat the fries and toast at work. But if I stop in and get a couple meals for the day then I am not eating all the junk food in the evening. Plus, I have always hated cauliflower, and somehow, they figured out a way to wrap it around spinach and some turkey/bison sausage meat stuff and it is freaking awesome.

Good health food options that are great for on the go or to take home. Prices are about the same as visiting a fast food joint. Portions are realistic and healthy. Staff is knowledgeable and will help you get going if your looking to shift to a more healthy eating lifestyle.

Melanie Druery is a solid teacher. Her classes are fun and safe. She teaches to all levels with advanced poses and multiple options. Prop use and cues are appropriately suggested.

So great to have a fast, healthy option - especially with a drive through! I wish there were more low carb options - but everything I've tried there has been great.
