FireWorks Restaurant

I ordered the Chimichurri Chicken and it was outstanding! I love the environment of this place! The culinary staff made our food well and quickly. The only criticism I would have is that the level of professionalism seems dissonant to the beautiful location and high-end menu. Not that casual servers are bad in any way, but they did not seem to fit the feel of the restaurant as a whole. If I am paying such high prices and in such a beautiful environment, I'd normally expect more professionally dressed servers and hosts. Not a big deal though!!

A little pricy. Had the Philly Cheese steak and my wife had the Prime Rib sandwich for lunch, tasted okay. French Onion soup was outstanding. Waiter was very attentive.

We dined in on a Saturday night, and we were given a 20 minute wait time, but only waited ten minutes. We sat on the covered patio with a fireplace and warmers; it was very nice. All the staff were diligent, friendly, and very responsive. It got a bit chilly, so I looked up to check the warmers and a male staff noticed immediately, and turned them on again. The carnitas tacos were delicious! Excellent service all around!

Service was good, food was good. The hostess staff was a little rigid and cold and inflexible... If that gets better, I'd give it a 5 star.

Atmosphere was wonderful, staff was very friendly. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. We will be back.
