This has been the perfect place to come to get help with my nutritional and weight questions.  I have not only lost the last 10 pounds I was struggling with, but I have learned how to control my poor eating habits and incorporate healthy meal replacements into my busy life.  I have found support without judgement.  They care about their clients and their individual goals and successes, I highly recommend this program.

The weight management institute has been a wonderful resource for me. I started my weight loss journey in January 2017 and I have lost over 70 pounds. Working with Chris has given me focus and he has helped me every step of the way.
