Shawna and Moses cleaned our living room and hallway carpet. They were prompt, professional and friendly! The products zero Rez uses are safe and no yucky chemical smell! Our carpet looks brand new. Getting the carpets cleaned every year keeps them looking new! Truly enjoy this company’s way of doing business and products and of course the great staff who clean the carpets! Highly recommend!

Scott did an incredible job. He called and let us know he would be here in 15 minutes and he was. He was professional, courteous, polite & an all-around good guy. He explained the process from start to finish and gave me a total on the bill before he started. Scott’s personality and communication skills make him a great asset to ZeroRez. We have used ZeroRez several times a year for the last four years, since we got our new carpet. They have kept it looking good, including the ugly white Berber carpet we have in the basement, which only gets professionally cleaned once every couple years. Thanks guys!

Update:5/20/18-our tech Scott showed up 45 minutes early, which was nice! He was personable, acknowledged my first review and explained again about the mishap which shows true customer service. He went right to work determining what needed to be done, reviewed the process and the cost. He worked quickly but diligently and made small talk throughout. The video and pictures of the duct cleaning is pretty cool shows how well of a job they do! Thank you Lisa ( Zerorez office manager) for taking care of the situation so quickly and Scott for a great job on our carpets and duct work. We most definitely would recommend to our friends and will use your service again. Customer service is top notch! So far not impressed with customer service. We will see how the carpet cleaning goes this Saturday. I booked my appointment online, there is this nice square box for questions/comments before submitting for an appointment...i left a question, and have been waiting for two weeks for it to be answered by a phone call or email..I called today as we are days away from the appointment to find out that they only do "confirm" calls for on line bookings a couple days before the appointment...I wanted to do duct cleaning and carpet.I wanted to know an estimated price on duct cleaning and the process(what and how do I prepare if anything). I found out today, by Jazmin that they don't do these two things on the same day, and there's only certain days they do this work and Saturday wasn't an option. So why wasn't I contacted to be told this two weeks ago and to have my question answered?! I think this is a big dis-service to your customers to not answer questions from online bookings. As Jazmin put it, "if you have questions you have to call in, we only make confirm calls for online appointments." She didn't even seem concerned that I was upset that they don't call to follow up with on-line bookings. Just seems silly to have a question box but not have anyone reach out to confirm Hey, were excited you booked with us, I just wanted to follow up with your questions from your on-line booking...discuss the process, that way if there are any issues the customer can prepare well in advance if needed instead of 2 days before the appointment. I sure hope the tech can change my mind about this company. I will update based on my experience coming up.

Pete from Zerorez was terrific. He was on time, professional, explained the costs and procedures, and make my carpets and tile look like new. The price was fair and the service didn’t take long. I highly recommend this company.

The young gentleman was very polite and friendly, he explained the process and the cost before he got started.. I only gave four stars because the carpet is still wet so I have to see what the out come will be, nut so far so good.
