Air Force One Carpet Cleaning

Justin came and did our carpets. He did an awesome job. He was great. We went to book and they had one appointment in two days, otherwise we would have to wait a month. As we were having friends over we wanted it sooner then later. To book the appointment we call a local number. Then someone from a non-local number called us back. I receive so many scam calls I generally ignore anything that doesn't come up as a business number that I recognize. So I almost missed their call back. Per the letter from the manager, the employees only receive tips or bonuses for 5 star reviews. I give Justin a 5 star review. The website really needs updated (It says Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays and it's almost June) would be nice to have pricing on there and information on specials, etc. Will be calling back again in a couple months or more. They did a great job.

First off, we called in on a two day notice asking for our carpets to be cleaned. We had a baby on the way and we I wanted to be sure that the carpets were cleaned as they could be. From the initial phone call the woman that helped was courteous and very helpful and was able to squeeze us in with Justin. And from what I had read Justin was just the person I wanted to do it. He came and did a great job very knowledgeable and educated us on carpets and cleaning while he worked. It was the best experience that I had had over my years of having carpets cleaned. I would definitely recommend them and have him Back again

Well I just had Air Force One Carpet cleaning in to do some work in our new home. Myself having 30 years of customer service experience, I can say that Justin, whom showed up to do the work, was professional and courteous upon arrival. He was on time and called ahead to ensure I was going to be available. He walked me through the respective job and took his time to ensure complete and thorough work was done in a timely manner. Super fair pricing also, i had read all the reviews for Air Force One prior to calling them to do the job, and I am very particular about who comes into my home, my experience with them was brilliant and I will indeed continue to use them moving forward, Thanks again Justin and the Air Force One team, well done, you have gained another customer- Rob Blesh

I had my carpets and car cleaned by Air Force One Carpet Cleaning. The system that they use is wonderful and my carpets looked fresh and smelled great upon completion. Justin completed the work and he was very professional and fast while cleaning the carpets. He listened to me when he first got to my house about what I needed done and promptly retrieved his supplies and began working. I will definitely use Air Force One in the future. Highly recommend!

Justin did my carpets over the weekend and we were very pleased with his work! He was very professional and friendly and worked efficiently but with the utmost quality. Because of Justin's service we will definitely use AF1 in the future since we also found the cost to be very fair for the work done. It was also nice to have the carpets dry in about 3-4 hours!
