Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning Lincoln NE

Shane was great to work with and the crew left my carpets and wood floors in fantastic shape! We have 3 cats, so you can only imagine....the carpets look (and feel) great and my wood floors are shiny and clean. Shane sat down with us and gave us an estimate that was accurate. He did not try to"sell or add" other items and was upfront with the whole process. Shane and Heaven's Best will be on speed-dial from now on!

Heavens best did an amazing job. They were flexible on appointment times and scheduling what I wanted done. They arrived on time and left in an adequate amount of time. Very clean and friendly staff. Shane and his crew are easy going yet professional. The service was exceptional! My caroets look great!!! I will recommend them to friends and family! Thanks heavens best!

Heavens Best did a fantastic job cleaning our family room furniture and carpeting. We also had them clean a very expensive sectional which did not go well. The fabric on the sectional did not respond well to the cleaning, but Shane promised to make it right and he did! His ethics are above reproach. You can’t ask more than to have a vendor stand by his customer when unforeseen circumstances happen. I will definitely use Heaven’s Best again and have no hesitation about recommending them to others.

Shane and his crew did a fantastic job. We had an area rug they picked up, cleaned and delivered it in a very timely manner. Also, I had them do my home and couldn’t be happier. They were on time, delivered great results and the estimate they gave me was spot on. I would highly recommend them. Heaven’s Best really was the BEST!

Heaven’s Best was recommended to me by a co-worker and I am glad they did. Our carpets looked great when they got done. What I liked most about it is the fact that they are able to get them clean without having to put a bunch of water into the carpet and pad. Heaven’s best provides a tremendous service and is operated by top notch people. We will definitely use them the next time we need the carpets cleaned!
