Pinnacle Carpet Care

Had to call 2 days in a row to get anybody to even answer to make the appointment. They showed up 30 minutes late. Were out of water so I had to open up the garage, move stuff, get the hose out and let him fill up on my dime. Then he didn't even bring the blocks that he said he would use to raise the couch so I had to use my own wax paper. Asked about a playdoh spot in the carpet, he just said it doesn't come out and didn't even try. Unfortunately I tipped when I paid at the beginning as I had him keep the change. After the absolutely terrible service I wouldn't have tipped at all. Unbelievable. Will never use them again.

I use Pinnacle for cleaning carpets in townhouses that I own and they do an excellent job! Customer satisfaction is very important to them. Very reasonable pricing.

Dennis with the Omaha branch did an excellent job on my 15 year old carpet. The carpet I thought needed replacing now looks good as new. Unbelievable! Friendly, fast and efficient, I highly recommend. Thanks again.
