Can't get internet service unless one gets Phone service also. That was one of reasons I left this company, the other; it is over priced, internet speed do not compete. Highly needed also is Customer Service training, being rude is the norm for this company. See from other reviews, the rude part has not changed. Note the internet speed test on their site is Hosted by Comcast, that tells your all you need to know.

Great customer service, very responsive anytime we have had issues. I am happy with the service. We have good connectivity, because of our area it's not lightning fast but we can download shows and watch within a few minutes. We initially had an issue with dropping but they resolved it for us.

I have been with Nefcom for at least 3 years. I am a stay at home mother of 3, and a 3rd year college student. I thought I could count on this company to treat me as a loyal customer, but I was wrong. Now my children are on Wi-Fi, I am on Wi-Fi all day for school and sometimes nights and it's a slow nightmare! When I call everyone is very kind and I appreciate that, but please understand this needs to change without my wallet being robbed!!!!

Friendly and courteous customer service. The tech that hooked up my phone and Wi-Fi was professional and explained what he was doing. My Wi-Fi download speed is constantly slightly above 25 Mbps, which is what I pay for. Upload speed is around 3 Mbps. My Wi-Fi package includes phone service which I need for a fax machine. To date I have never had an interruption in my service during a thunderstorm. As matter of fact I watch Netflix or Apple TV (Wi-Fi streaming) when my Direct TV goes down during any of Florida's infamous thunderstorms.
