John is so nice, efficient, and dedicated. I hired him to install a phone system and he was able to come out the next day and install the whole thing. He was very flexible with hours and willing to do whatever it took to get the job done. The job was well done and neat and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

We hired Ajax Communications to come out and install some simple cable drops and they ended up being a huge let down. Here's what happened... We initially scheduled with them to come out a week in advance. Less than 24 hours before the appointment they cancelled and said it would be too hot outside. We rescheduled for that Friday. On that Friday the installer shows up over an hour late with no notice. To make matters worse he arrives totally unprepared for the job. No ladder, no cable, and not enough tools to complete the job. One of our executive staff members had to go with the technician to Lowe's and spend nearly $250 on tools and supplies necessary to complete the job as the installer couldn't go back to his office to pick up the supplies because the owner of Ajax Communications was on vacation. Then the installer ran a few drops, but bailed before the last two were installed. He even left without terminating and testing any of the drops, therefore leaving them unusable. He said he had somewhere to be and they would be back the following Wednesday (5 days later) to complete the job. He provided the direct mobile number to contact Ajax Communications owner, John to setup a time for that Wednesday. We called John's number over a dozen times over several days and we never heard back from him until the day he was supposed to show up. He gave excuses why he couldn't be there that day, mostly blaming his employee for being wrong, but he did divert and say he could 100% commit to Friday. We set a time and hoped for the best. On that Friday, at the scheduled time the owner himself committed to, he was a no call no show again. We attempted to contact him via his cell phone and he was declining our calls. We called from another number and he immediately picked up. His voice made it obvious he was very surprised to hear it was us - like he was just waking up and getting out of bed. This was an hour AFTER he was supposed to arrive to finish the job. If you are looking for a company to handle your IT installation needs I highly suggest you look elsewhere. These guys are very unprofessional. They show up late or not at all, unprepared, and full of excuses. Don't say we didn't warn you!
