Always happy with the way my brows look, and confident with all of the staff to do a good job. I have had a facial, prenatal massage, and would recommend those, and look forward to trying other services. The only feedback I have is that they don't hand you a mirror to show you after threading and so I have had to return once to get something fixed to my liking. They absolutely treated me with respect and made me feel understood for wanting something corrected, so now I just ask to see before I leave and they always oblige and are very kind. The other point is that it seems that the price varies, and I am confused with how I am charged every time for the same services for threading. I was told there was combo pricing for getting different services at one time, and would like if the pricing were made more clear. They also have a punch card which I love! I have been a customer of Neha Threading Salon & Spa for about 3 years now. My last visit was 2 weeks ago. Two days prior, I specifically booked my services to end with a massage. The day of my appointment I was called and asked to change my scheduled time for the staff's convenience. I adjusted my schedule in order to accommodate their needs. When I arrived, my scheduled service order was also changed, forcing me to have my massage first. I mentioned that this was unlike I had initially and purposely planned but my request didn't seem to be a priority for the staff. This made me feel less valued as a client. Overall, the massage was relaxing. My underarm waxing was fair but my leg waxing left me feeling prickly. Perhaps I should have been recommended hard wax instead of soft wax for my course hairs..? Lovely massages and facials. Dropped in this past summer for a couples massage, milk bath, and a dermaplanning facial. Would definitely recommend each service. Came back last week for a deep tissue massage and it was amazing! Olga is the truth and gave me the I’m depth massage I was looking for to loosen the tension in my back up. In my opinion, the absolute best place to get threading done. My family lives locally so whenever I would visit from IL, I would make certain to visit Neha's to get my eyebrows threaded. The staff is always polite and friendly, Neha is always walking around working, chatting, every bit an involved and amazing owner. Having moved back to the east coast, I actually travel from PA to get my eyebrows done at Neha's still. They always do an exceptional job, the prices are fair, and whatever magic they do to reduce redness works so well! Highly recommend!

I had a full and relaxing day at Neha’s Spa! It started with a full body massage! Then I had some tea and water. Next was a luxurious milk bath. My skin felt amazing afterward! The facial was one of my favorite moments! My face was glowing! I enjoyed some wine, a charcuterie board, and a delicious pasta salad . Then a wonderful pedicure and manicure! My husband surprised me with this spa day for my birthday and showered me with presents every hour!! Neha and her staff were professional and enjoyable during my stay. I had a Zen facial done by Sandy. It was an awsome experience!! This was the absolute best facial I have ever had in my life!! Sandy is so sweet, you must visit Neha’s salon & have a facial. Don’t hesitate.Looking forward to having another facial real soon!!

I am very happy with her services and her staff , today I did my haircut, To be very honest I was bit scared coz of my experience at different salon,but Mary did really amazing job, she was very clear with what shw wants and what is my need, until I got satisfied she din stopped.
