Nellis Cab Company

Distracted cab driver almost ran my wife over when he took off with the door open. No apologies and no response from management. Beware for inattentive drivers

What ever you do in Las Vegas don't call..... anyone else but Nellis Cab they saved my life these guys are great. I was at the North Vista emergency room horrific place never go there. Now I am physically disabled woman I use crutches to walk as my legs from years of abuse don't work that well so in light of that those horrible people at the hospital knowing I couldn't walk blatantly refused to help me find or call me a taxi and expected me to walk the 2.9mi back to my homeless site. I think I called every freaking d**n taxi company in Vegas and was even begging for rides from people around and nobody not even the Las Vegas PD would help protect & serve my fat a** then with tears streaming down my face and in excruciating pain from sitting on a rock I made a last ditch effort to get a ride so I called the Nellis Cab company and boy howdy did they get it together quick the extremely friendly dispatcher said she'd call me back with a cab number ya right other companies in Vegas said the same thing and then nothing but to my surprise they called back and with number 526 enroute I was so happy. With in a short time Mahadi the driver showed up he was super kind very friendly, helpful and considerate he quickly got my crutches in the trunk my bags in the back me in the front and with in minutes he had me out of danger and away from that horrible hospital and back to the safety of my homeless van. Thank you so much Nellis Cab for all your help may your driver's stay safe and your business open at least I know there's at least one true American business still left out there. I will if at all possible never use anyone else but Nellis Cab company. Thank you so much Raven Q. Be safe Mahadi my hero.

Driver was a great and friendly guy. I don't know what else.... We didn't get into an accident and die? Oh, maybe this...he showed up quickly and got me to where I had to go. Seriously though ... Nellis has always been a great cab for the locals in need of a safe and relatively low cost ride. Don't be afraid to hit that helpful, or follow button...hello..? is this thing on?

Driver can't drive almost hitting my car. Had his blinker light to go left but didn't go left and end up going back to going straight and almost missing my car to squeeze in between me and another car. If you see cab 743 avoid it . He drives recklessly because he wants to drive while talking to his passenger...

They aren't serving the Strip. I live about 3 min from the Strip and I tried calling for a pickup yesterday because I would expect a cab company to be serviced a lot more than any other ride sharing app. Let me be clear on the staff, they were nice to me. They told me they were going to try and find me a cab at another company, but that never happened, thus I think my 1 star rating is fair. The cab companies just transferred me from one person to another. It seems like they either need more cars or more staff. Thanks for trying to help.

Cab #546 on Sat Jan 15 is not a good driver. He was too impatient to drive 15 mph in a park zone so he opted to be obnoxious. I honked and he flipped the bird. How professional He drove off and started cutting off people on the road ahead; no blinkers, no courtesy, just driving erratically, even turning into a parking lot where I thought maybe he is picking up a passenger — nope, he saw I had my phone out and was trying to drive where I couldn’t get a photo of his vehicle, paying zero regard to a small group prepping for a BBQ. He drove out of the park, so all of this was for nought. I called Nellis Cab Company to tell them this driver was giving them a bad rap but they simply do not care. This company has the least number of fleet out of any listed with the Taxi Cab Authority, and it shows. Don’t bother to book with them; Uber and Lyft drivers are held to much higher standards, which is really sad because the taxi cab companies in Vegas have become so sour about ride share companies that they are behaving like they’re the mob, pretending they own the road and the rules, refusing to be held accountable for poor driving and/or decision-making, and cannot see it’s ruining their business — all in the name of “the way things used to be”

Thanks to Greg for a lovely ride to McCarran this morning. He arrived just minutes after I called, loaded my luggage quickly, and made sure I was in and settled before getting behind the wheel. We had a great chat on the way, and I was a little disappointed that the ride was over so quickly. Talking with him was a pleasure. I would absolutely use Nellis again based on my ride with Greg.
