Nelson & Nelson Chiropractic

I’ve been an employee at Nelson and Nelson for 15 years and the claims made by Amber are totally fabricated allegations made by an employee that was recently fired. The clinic on Ramsey street was not damaged in Hurricane Matthew. All patients are treated respectfully and are very happy with care. The facilities are spotless and extremely sanitary. Read all the reviews of this clinic and decide for yourself what people think. This vindictive, untruthful, salacious review should be disregarded and removed by google.

The care at nelson and Nelson chiropractic is great. The staff is very professional and caring. The office is always clean and smells fantastic. They truely are doctors and staff that put you first. Let Nelson and Nelson be your first stop after a car accident.
