Neptune Convenience

Last night 3/13/21 at about 12:45am my friends and I got into a scary situation with a fake Uber driver. We were able to get out of the car and ran into Neptune Convenience store as we were in shock/panicking. The two men working locked the doors behind us and made us feel safe and comfortable in order to call the police. I couldn’t have asked for a better ending to a scary situation. Even though they did not totally understand what was going on or what had happened they acted quickly and that’s all I could have asked for. I don’t know much more about the convenience store but I am so thankful for the two men working last night!!

They are over charging for food, they claim food stamps won't cover foods milk n bread n charge me cash, the owner's son wouldn't let me husband leave the store by holding onto the food stamp card so he held him against his will and then the comments about not liking your kind which is Italian he don't like. I couldn't give no stars or I would've. I want to tell department of transitional assistance about price gouging, charging my food stamps twice they day, the isle of expired snacks that have been removed, and refusing to take snap for certain foods they decide. Just record in the store n it's a public store n they recording you then you can record them so protect yourself. God bless XoJaynaoX

Charged me 18.99 twice and refused to give me my refund after I showed them the charges on my card I'm never shopping here again and no one who works here knows the bosses number smh. Since my first review wasn't truthful let me see it in the order that it happened I come in on Christmas Eve and I purchased items that equal up to 18.99 now I purposely only put $20 on my card because I wasn't expecting to spend over that and the first time he charged me it charged my card I told him he charged my card he still told me it was declined so I transferred another 20 to pay for it a second time to see that both times will post to my account the next day but they were closed on Christmas Day so I go in the day after Christmas to get my refund in they make me wait until they verify that it went to their account when I show them that it posted on my account so if the money is debited from my account that should mean it's in your account shouldn't make me wait 3 days after the incident to get my money back and make me go back and forth. You wanted a better review buddy you got it I was just giving you a shorter review but you want to get cocky like you guys didn't refuse my first refund you giving me a refund now but it's how many days later that's ridiculous that's the ridiculous part that's the one star that you guys are getting.

I prefer local business to chains like Kappy's but this one has a long way to go in terms of prices and convenience. Have time to fool around but not to post prices? There are no price tags outside of the special sale items which are very few. And the prices seemed rather high.

I dont think they are rude at all in the convenience store. Always friendly w a smile! And Im shocked at how much variety- I needed bread- there were 8 kinds! Cheese- 6 different brands! I can't complain. Very convenient. But doesnt speak english.

Ripped me off $10. Told me my card didn't work and ran it again. I immediately showed them my bank statement on my phone and they said they won't do anything. I filed a dispute with my bank over the transaction 7 months ago and havent heard anything sense. Very shady people!!!!

The staff is really rude. Not helpful at all. I visit this store just because is close to my place and its in the middle of it and the train station. Wish they were not with that attitude like if they were making you a favor. The store has good catalog of products, tho.

This is a very small store packed with a decent variety of alcohol choices. Open very late. Friendly enough service. Convenient location. Great stop in a pinch.

I drove an hour to get liquor as its listed as a 24 hour liqour store but its NOT. Regular convenience store like 711 minus the food and customer service

Really rude staff, plus don’t ever get there 10:45 becouse they always close early! They say 11:00pm that’s not true.
