She offered a white-gloved service when listing my apartment for rent. I live out of town, and Cristina had no issue coordinating the general repairs I needed to complete to rent the place. Once the apartment was move-in ready, she wasted no time and took care of the photos and virtual staging of the unit. The pictures came out so good! She held an open house, and several applicants instantly came in. After selecting the best candidate, she put together a board package that was thorough and well-prepared. What I was most impressed with was that given the volume of deals they are across as a team, they can provide great guidance and tips on the market. In this case, NestApple is a good fit for you : What makes NestApple unique is they acknowledge buyers are doing their own searching on streeteasy, and the % NYC agents charge is arbitrary. Their model is to offer both better service, and a better value. You can't go wrong. Traditional agents will tell you they have exclusive information, listings, and resources. It's simply not true! Nicole was understanding, knowledgable, and took care of all the stuff we didn't want to do in our sale. I don't think the phone ever rang more than 1x before she answered. Thanks again!
