My firm has used NetLogix for many years. They are incredibly responsive and personable. They really care. Thursday night my home computer was hacked. I was able to reach NetLogix at 6:30 pm, and got immediate assistance and relief. A real life saver as I was leaving for a 2 week vacation the next day.

It is very rare in today's World to find people who truly want to help out when things go awry, especially when dealing with computers and databases. As I have had so many technical issues, I have found that Chris Parent is the right fit for the job. He doesn't use band aids, he actually fixes things and is very attentive. He is eager to help and work with other companies that are also trying to fix similar problems. I have been fortunate to have Chris check in on me from time to time to find out how things are going. Thank you Chris!
