What a wonderful experience!! I'm new to bead stores and making my own jewelry.  Kandy, the store associate, was exceptional.  She was most patient and caring, and taught me the basics and what was involved and needed for my jewelry projects.  Overall, couldn't be happier with Kandy and the store.
