I absolutely love coming and seeing Dr Timothy Young. He's really a great Dr and the staff is just as great. They actually care about u and what's going on ur life. I had been having a really hard really hard time with things I was dealing with in my life and couldn't seem to get outta the funk. It took some time but I'm making it. I WAS GUEST DOSING I WAIT A WHOLEEEEE HOUR TO BE TOLD I HAVE TO PAY 40$ JUST TO GUEST DOSE PLUS 13$ IVE TRAVELED THE AND NEVER BEEN CHARGED CAUSE IM A GUEST………….I was very very upset and I can say if it wasn’t for Sarah I might would have crashed out I thank her so much for pulling me aside and talk to me and also apologize of they behave I like that she cared and thanks so much to her I like this place now!!!

I’ve been in recovery for years with no problems, and I’m about to be off the program completely in 4 months!! I found out I was moving so I became a patient here..... big mistake. I mean all the staff seemed aloof, like nobody really had the rules or correct procedures down. I was always told something different by various people. It was unprofessional and I was already hesitant. They decided to take everyone down to three days a week because of Covid. I thought that was a smart idea. But due to an absence I had to take for an emergency, they took me off the Covid plan, siting paperwork that I had signed, and informing me that I had broke their policy. I asked everybody from my counselor to the Medical Clinical Director if they could show me my signed document, because I had read all paperwork carefully. I’m a stickler for the rules myself, and I’m serious about my success in the program. NOBODY could produce my “signed” paper.... only blank copies. The so-called professionals that work here were rude, using swear words, and playing favourites with other patients who, believe it or not, the counsellors and some staff actually would hang out with on their breaks. Hang out in their office, hang out on the picnic tables outside, hang out in their cars!!….. It’s baffling. If you are serious about your treatment in rehab and recovery like me, New Day Treatment Center is not the place you want to be! Witnessing drug deals in the parking lot outside and nobody even trying to stop it was drawing a line that I was not comfortable with. Letting people dose that were obviously very much under the influence was wrong. But after they accused me of signing some kind of document that they could not produce, I can easily say they are a fraudulent treatment facility and not a serious Centre for rehabilitation. Please be serious about your recovery. Seek out a center in Atlanta that cares about your progress!

Wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for them. I’m glad I made that choice to get my life back and they were there to help me

If I could do negative stars I would I drive my sister to her appointments to help her stay clean and we live 5 hours away and 3 times 3 times in a row we drove down there only to be meet with rude unprofessional people working there and they would not even see my sister none of the 3 times that they told us to come down even locked her out this last time even tho they sent her to the ATM it's very clear that the lady named Keisha plays favorites with paitents and does not care what she puts the other paitents through or how she treats them or talks to them and it's because of people like her that so many people have trouble getting and staying clean she is a horrible person to treat people the way she does

I recently relocated to Atlanta Georgia and had used this clinic for guest dosing and they were very nice and extremely fast and helpful treated me like I was a regular patient. When I use I did to make my move permanent and use them as my home Clinic I was extremely grateful and happy that I did because my clinic back in Dallas Texas was trying to stall the paperwork and make it extremely difficult for me to transition to another clinic even though it was because I had moved had they not been so helpful, program director had to make a few calls to my clinic and she was more than glad to do that and was very sweet and kind it could have gone very badly for me if new day Treatment Center hadn't been proactive about Expediting the paperwork I am very grateful that they did this for me because they could have just said well there's nothing we can do will have to wait for them to send the paperwork and the doctor needs to leave but that's not what they did they took the necessary steps and made sure that I was able to get the medicine I needed for the day very good choice to make in my opinion all the staff has been very kind and caring not only that they have dosing hours all the way until 2 p.m. which is almost unheard of. You can't go wrong using this as your home Clinic.

Remember it's A Privately owned businessIt's pretty hard to get your point across staff does notReally careI want thenAt 11:06 by the time a got to the window they had 2 people with issues I get to the window sorry it's 11:15 we will not Medicaid you so I sit down to talk to a staff they did not care talk to the ceo she's in a meeting meanwhile the girl up front is taking in 3 more behind me is th favoritism the truth they will send you home sick so now I come in early guess what gate is lock 7:01 lock she was stuck in traffic just like I was I had call in when running late it don't matter they are ruled by some a hole .I don't want to lie or keep on because just move on . Favoritism is everywhere . you need plenty of brooms for the witches in there trust me. I know you need help it works any program that take medicade run go n o stars .

I have been to multiple clinics and this is by far the worst.there is no addiction counseling what so ever. All the employees are extremely rude and Not only that they lock the doors early and refuse to dose you even though you are on time. If you want to actually get clean and be treated like a human stay far away from new day treatment center!

Medical director is a piece of work. Favoritism is overwhelming. Power trips in full effect. As spoken by an employee, “it’s your word against mine...” seems like a professional reaction... On top of that there have been countless false claims and full on lies. No one seeking help should have to put up with this amount of drama and corruption..

The worst experience ive had at a doctors office. I got there and was told I didnt have an appointment. They worked me in..I was there from 630am until 1130am..and it was very unnecessary. It wasnt that busy. I was told over the phone that the visit for suboxone treatment was $300 for the first visit and $100 for follow up visits. When I got to check out I find out that the visit is $410 for the first visit and $410 for any other visit..lol...wow...the only reason I drive an hour away is cause I thought they were cheaper than the clinics where I live..I told the doctor that my insurance would require a prior auth..inorder for them to pay for the medication. He assured me that he would do this. Well my pharmacy has faced the paper work several times and it wasnt done. So I ended up paying $300 dollars for a prescription that could have been $15...You would think a clinic like this would be caring and helpful...nope..if you are actually trying to stay clean then find another treatment center. All they care about is your money...
