They don’t care about their customer. After they put me more than an hour they told me that they don’t have it and told me to come tomorrow. So bad. They don’t even say sorry. In the past New Hampshire Pharmacy Service was great. Recently extremely disappointed with service/ repair department. We called to have a repair done on a wheelchair, they would confirm she was on the schedule and not show or call to fix the wheelchair. After several attempts, we will no longer be supporting this business and recommending to others. Their lack of concern for seniors and the disable is disturbing!

Needed stockings for a heart condition. They gave me one and said they needed to order the other. People's private medical info was laying out everywhere. The store was a mess. When the second pair was finally delivered, there were two instead of one...all the wrong size, style, and color. Then, after searching they told me that they don't sell the ones I need (but I'd already picked one pair up?). Came back with the box to show them exactly what it was. Now, more than two months later, and still waiting. First they claimed they "disposed of" my prescription, and when I questioned HIPPAA and the requirement of keeping medical records, it turned into "we lost it." I would go somewhere else, but they already billed my insurance for it (apparently fraudulently). If you're going here because they're local, you're probably better off to use a mail order- by the time you measure, receive, try on, return, and get everything straightened out in the right size...I'll probably still be waiting on my second pair of stockings...

Make no mistake the initial contact they make you feel like you're such a great great great person and then they pulled the sword out and stick it right in your back they are no good at all I would tell you what happened to me but take it from me you don't want to go to that place at all

with the old owners they were a little slow at times. the customer service surely was far better. since the new owners took over, the whole place sucks. the pharmacy , the pits. The medical supplies, 2nd pits. The delivery section , you wait 3 days or more for your supplies. they lie and say its on the truck for delivery, no delivery. took one week for medicine one time. My advice. Change. if enough customers start changing to other pharmacies they might get the message.
