Our ministry holds a monthly Bible Quiz contest at New Hope.  We have been impressed with the friendliness and kindness of the NH staff we have worked with.  

The facility is very clean and parking area is well maintained.

We have not attended a worship service here so we cannot comment on that.  The way the folks we have been involved with operate though i am confident that worship and the other programs they offer are great.

I also attended a foster child adoption program at this church many years ago.  They are very involved in the community and are a positive influence.

I have been into the youth area of their building and it is very cool.  Lots of young people to do.

For a church, they are okay, I guess. No one spoke to us or introduced themselves to us when we went. The musicians​ were good, though.

I attended the arts and craft fair in rock island, ill. today and I stopped by a booth where crosses were  being sold. I picked up a thank you card they had for veterans.  The gentleman behind the booth saw me and asked if I was a veteran and I said yes.  He proceeded to come around take my hand in his and looked me in the eyes and began to sincerely thank me for my service.  I was moved to tears, I was so touched by his care and genuineness.  He did not know that I am still in mourning over multiple family's passings and a marital separation.  I do not know who this man was or the women with him, but I felt the love of God for me today when I so needed it as I do not have a lot of human support.   They said they were from this church when I asked.  Thank you for allowing the Kingdom of God to touch my heart and soul today.  Blessings to you all.
