I don’t know how they train their associates, but no means no. The cashier asked me THREE times if I wanted to open a credit card with them to save 15%. I respectfully said no thank you the first time, and was appalled that she asked two more times. So rude. Also, 2 items rang up for more than I wanted to pay (they were misplaced on the clearance rack), so I asked her to please remove them. She talked back and said it’s still on “sale” (half off a ridiculous price). Not going back.

Customer service was great! The clothes selection were better than at the mall and the woman at check out was very nice--we talked about the clothes and ideas for outfits. The dressing rooms were also very clean and it was a nice experience.

They have a convoluted coupon system that is irksome, but I guess the intent is to get you into the store, not necessarily give you a good discount. I like their jeans and career wear, but further into the season they don't seem to have fresh inventory and everything looks picked over. Shop early each season and you should do fine.
