Poor Cat®

I just received my first poor cat for Christmas. I wasn’t sure how to put on and take off the necklace. I sent an email to get some help and received a reply within 1 hour!! Krista walked me through the correct way to put on and take off my necklace over the phone and she also sent me video tutorials....she was beyond helpful and so patient !! ! This brand is fabulous in all ways and everything is made right there in red bank nj!

I love Poor Cat and I always recommend my friends, family and coworkers to check it out. I always get compliments and my bracelets and necklaces. All the employees there are super friendly and helpful every time I go in the store!
