They always have friendly staff members that are super outgoing and make your experience fun! I went in a few days in a row to watch Black Panther when it first came out and they were like "We're not judging. Want another large popcorn?" They also got me signed up for their rewards program which is pretty legit as well!

Went to the Newport theatre on 5-12-2018. When we walked in we were greeted with big smiles and welcoming vibe. The feeling I got that it was sincere ☺️ Don’t get that kind of Customer Service much anymore. It was pleasant and the group was awesome!!! 👏

We always have such a nice time here. This is not a large community so we were not expecting a megaplex and this is not one. The staff is always friendly and the theaters and restrooms are always clean. Ticket prices are on par with any other coastal theater. The prices are cheaper than in big cities for sure. With snacks and sodas a trip to the movies is a 40-ish dollar night out. The only criticism I have is that with a small staff sometimes the commercials and other pre-movie screen events are over and then the film itself (with previews) take a few minutes to get started. We have made a game out of seeing if the theater staff will start the film without someone having to go mention that the audience is waiting. This is all part of the charm. Nice place.

A little on the expensive side, but good quality screens. Staff was great. Only option close by of your during to find a place to catch a movie on the coast. I would recommend this place to someone. I hope this review was helpful, if it was, please give it a thumbs up!

It’s a small theater, but it gets the job done. They have a great rewards system. It really pays off if you’re a big movie goer (6+ a year). Popcorn is good, service is good. Just wish the screen was a little bigger.
