I’ve been living here for a few months and can easily say it’s the best high rise in the area. Being able to walk to the Arts District and Fremont are big pluses. The building is nice, quiet, and has 10/10 views. A gem of a place to live!

The front desk staff is incredible! The kindest and most friendly! I come here to visit a friend outstanding views btw and I always enjoy walking through the front lobby to say hello.

Modern, urban design, very helpful and friendly staff, well maintained building. Rooftop pool with some of the best views in town.

We are looking to purchase a place here. From what we have seen, we really like the building and of course the views. I haven't really read or heard any bad reviews. I would like to hear about why people don't like Newport Lofts.
