I have used Nextgen for several years for our security needs. Their service is reliable and their technicians are awesome. I highly recommend them for all of your security and alarm needs.

The product is good but they overcharge the accounts. the Amount is ridiculously expensive for the services they provide. It really is not a good option for any business, will they believe that money comes from trees? I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Product is good but they over charge on accounts. I looked on my bank account, and found a charge. I will not recommend this company to anyone to order from.

I don't suggest this company, once they get your money do not expect any service. Rude and un-accommodating employees. We switched to Sting Alarms, which is also a local Vegas security alarm company and are much happier.

Jeff Meadows was very professional and knowledgeable. His demeanor was excellent and he was very courteous. He was neat and a pleasure to have in my residence.

Extremely rude technician, would not recommend them to anyone!
