STAY AWAY!!!!!! voicemail is not set up because they clearly don't want to answer people's questions as to why we're having to contact BRINKS when I got security through them, the one time they did answer they made sure to let me know I'm stuck in the contract and the only way out is to pay off the next 3 years of service

They installed equipment that doesn't work, won't answer the phone, voice mail stays full and brinks refuses to cancel contract. They are not even monitoring the house. Scam company and better buisness bureau will be contacted.

I hope these people respect their customers and be responsible when doing business. More than 207 phone calls . Never got a call back. More than 37 messages; never got an answer back. They are always busy!!! Do not dare do business with these people!!!

Never pick up phone calls

Equipment doesn’t work and no one returns phone calls.

Horrible company. The only phone number they provide is a number to a voicemail that has been full for months. Services are not working and now way to speak to anyone since March. I am going to stop the automatic draft to see they call me then.
