I just recently closed my new home purchase through this title company and it was a terrible experience. I made multiple phone calls to my title agent (Edith Lloyd) and not one of them was ever answered! Every time I called I was told she was away from her desk, or I was shunted over to her voice mail. They never contacted me to set up my closing appointment and I had to leave multiple messages asking them to call me with my appointment time. When I arrived the office staff was laughing, joking around and doing lots of chatting which must have been why they never had time to return my phone calls. Even my realtor could not get them to return his phone calls either. Run from this title company. There are to many good ones to spend time dealing with this one. 1
