Really cool old school vibe. The burgers were very fresh and tasked delicious. We got everything on them and fries as well which were great. The service was also good.
Been meaning to try this place for a long while. It's a bit pricey and there's a bit of a wait to get your food, but it's worth it. The burgers are amazing. FYI: They accept cash only as payment.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: No
Heard that this was a good burger place. While I was visiting OKC thought I'd try them. Got there a little after 11 a.m. when they were supposed to be open. I and at least 4 other carloads of people went to the door in the rain and was told that they would not be opening for at least another 30 minutes. We all left the parking lot. If you don't care enough about your customers or reputation to open when you advertise that you are open, then your customers will be glad to go elsewhere. Others came up to the door as I was pulling away and are standing in the rain. Maybe their burgers are so good that they can afford to mistreat their customers... We'll never know.
It's pretty much a little hole in the wall very small place can only fit about 15 people at the max but the service and the burgers were awesome and fresh only two or three options on the menu but they give you about three or four options for toppings that you can add Vegetarian options: No vegetarian options
Nic’s has a small venue and is cash only. The menu is simple with options. I had a cheeseburger basket with bacon and jalapeños. The burger was delicious and was amazing. I love fried onion burgers and Nic’s excels with them. The staff was friendly and attentive. They work through the orders quickly and is fun to watch.
I've been going here for a decade. It was always exceptional when Nic was here. Since then, I've been three times with declining experience each time. Yesterday, my burger was raw in the middle, not a little undercooked, raw. Was told we would get fries in a minute. Never received any fries. Cook touched everything with bare hands, even after collecting dirty dishes. Never washed hands once. From the #2 burger joint in America to the bottom.
Very small place with a very small menu it's just burgers, but yum nonetheless. It's definitely one of the best burger places in the area. There's a couple of drawbacks, though: It's a very pricey place with $15 for a cheeseburger combo burger, fries, drink. Cash only. There is an ATM at the gas station next door, though. Very very limited seating. Can be claustrophobic for some. It's a good place overall. I can tell there is a particular crowd here with loyal customers. I would come back in the future.
Service was a bit on the backside. Soda machine down so only water or tea. My wife's burger was undercooked and after saying three or four times no mustard I still got mustard. Other than that pretty good burger shop.Food: 4/5
Hands down, one of the top five burgers of our lives! It’s a tiny little diner, so we’re glad we showed up at 1045am, as it got very crowded by 1115am and people had to wait for seating. The two guys behind the counter were so nice, friendly, and helpful. And the burger, omg, amazing! This is a “must do before you die” experience. And we got a bag of their beef jerky to go.
This is a great place to eat. Get there early or be in line clear down the block. The burgers are worth the weight. Very good stuff. Once inside you will find a copy place and speedy service. I have no complaints. I do recommend getting the grilled onions and jalapenos on your burger. It is very tasty. I'm here on travel for work and may not get the opportunity to eat here again. Again it's a great place that was even featured on dinners and dives.
